ACCOMMODATION

The Zander K hotel has been chosen as conference accommodation and the organizing committee urge conference participants to book accommodation early. Please note that Bergen tends to be very buzy at the time of the year the conference is held. By making reservation at the Zander K hotel participants are entitled to a reduced hotel price by using the code RAB10.
This discount is only valid at the Zander K hotel. Reservations at the Zander K hotel can be made by entering the link above.

SOCIAL EVENT

There will be a social event on Tuesday at 17:30 where we plan on visiting Fløyen viewpoint. The social event is free of charge for all participants, both conference participants and/or spouses. You state if you would like to join in the registration system.

Fløyen viewpoint is a viewpoint 320 m above sea level located quite close to Bergen city center. Fløibanen is a funicular railway for passenger traffic between the center of Bergen and the Fløyen viewpoint. Estimated time of the social event is approx. 2 hours. Clothes according to weather and good walking shoes is recommended.

CONFERENCE DINNER

Conference dinner will be held at restaurant Nøsteboden on Thursday evening at 19:00 and is free for conference participants. Guests/spouses are welcome to join, but they will have to pay NOK 780 for their attendance. Participation can be stated in the registration system.

There will be live music during dinner.
